DIY Silk Flower Arrangement

My inspiration for this project comes from a darling, French Country boutique located in the village of Oakley in Cincinnati, Ohio called the House of France. I have always admired their simply done flower arrangements, but could never bring myself to pay the hefty price tag for one of their Frenchy arrangements. So, on my last visit to Ohio I decided it was time to make one of my own.
